i needed this. but my question is, I can’t quit my 9-5 job to focus full time on real estate, how can I still achieve my success while doing so?

Ryan, that point about agents saying they want to be successful but then not following the proven path hit home — I hear the same thing from new agents here in Michigan. Your EMPOWER-style teaching and the 80/15/5 structure give them a simple place to start instead of reinventing everything. Would love to connect as a fellow agent — I'm adding you to our compiled list in The Growth Booklet with a page of your own. — Bob

I’m a sahm. I have my toddler 24/7 and I’m taking the real estate course currently but feeling discouraged because how will i make money with him??? No online options? The course was free so i thought why not.

I’ve worked in a call center & I’ve worked in banking , cold/warm calling is required ! That’s EASY! I cannot wait to get my license 🥹🙏 what is the best advice you’d give as in how much should I really study ? Like realistically

I was chatting with my dad about my fears in succeeding (or not). He said, just grind it out. It’s the grind. Do the grind. I sent this to him because I believe it’s the same message! 😁
