This is contridicting in itself. Here is someone trying to brain wash people claiming that if you worry about tips you wont make as much as you would if you didnt worry about tips. if it wasnt something to worry about or incentive to give great service than you are essentially teaching the rest of the people that its ok to have someone be your personal food servant, talk down to them so you can feel more superior to them. make them run around for you, refill your drink, laugh at your stupid jokes, and you expect them to not expect gratuity? Make your own damn food at home than, serve your own drinks, clean up after yourself when you finish. its that simple. Gratuity goes hand in hand with hospitality service. basically saying work harder dont expect a thank you in the form of currency and manage your life without it. evidently this person who is so called "teaching" is supposedly fixing a problem that doesnt realistically exist in every human beings minds. It only exist in the minds of people who dont want to tip, or believe in tipping because they dont recieve any tips themselves at work so they dont like knowing other people make extra money for working a job. that is not the same job as theirs. T.I.P.S= ("To- Insure-Proper Service) Who the hell is he teachung to anyways? people who cant figure it out for themselves?? or is this a real class in Tipping??? LMAO!! The dumbest thing I Have seen on Tik tok.

Omg!! Please, anyone whos in and bev, If you ever here this kind of speech from management, RUN! A good restaurant wants their servers to make tons of money. You would never hear them say "we dont care about tips." This is the kind of manager who over staffs the restaurant because it costs him nothing, basically (2:65 per hour).

I say this to people all the time. I am a bartender and I focus on the customer experience the entire time and I dont think about tips at all and I am noticeably making more money and people like me way more.
