You have to do what you have to do and be dialed in. Only through the time you will realize the value of your free time and friends and family and relationship. Once I hit my late 20s, I shifted my mindset and ended up moving abroad to a penthouse in Mexico City in a Ferrari dealership. But I am still doing the right things, I kept my remote AE job at Google and they still think I am working out of NYC but they have no idea I’ve been working and living abroad for the past 3 yrs. I am still making my base of 170k, I already met my emergency fund goal and still contributing to my Roth and 401(k). Other investments, while improving my credit. All while still doing the right things, and don’t need to dilute or be frugal in my way of life. I travel every month and eat out like every other day without any issue or stressing about money. This will click for you in a few years. Yes my hunger and drive did take a toll, but then again most people broad live like this and try to make enough money to live comfortably. It’s only a US thing that we strive to make millions and have multiple businesses/jobs because of the conditions. My life has only been better. Again, this will click for you in a few years. I know you just left your tech job to start your own business so this type of stuff doesn’t help and you have to be dialed in and delusional I get it. Best of luck
