They may not know the formal names but they are aware of their behaviora because they've been told, they watch their partners be hurt because of them and they know they're lying about the reasons they hurt people.

Yep. He wanted the validation & ego boost he got from being with all types of women. However he seemed to absolutely hate fat women, & would date them anyways. It was a safe option bc he felt above them, and he wouldn't get too attached.

My ex FA did this. I’m 42 and have been intimate with five people, and he used to say that that was too many. ( he’s 47) then sometimes when we would talk on the phone, he would say he didn’t remember me telling him about something and then he would say “that was the other man you were talking to” …. as if I was a woman that was unfaithful. I loved that man so incredibly much but he cheated on me and monkey branched to another woman😞
