I feel like those saying YTA must be vegans. 😂 It makes no sense otherwise. The friend group accommodated her, but she won’t do the same for them. That’s not what Thanksgiving and friendship is about.

YTA- could have made their own Thanksgiving meal to eat the day before or the day after or even earlier that day, but still went, supported her and had a chance to make memories with friends. That’s what Thanksgiving and friendship is about.

imagine spending years attending thankgiving with your friends and only being able to eat 3 things on the entire table, so you finally decide to host and make sure you can eat some of everything, just for your friends to go "actually nah I don't wanna come"

ytah- Just try it once, she'd be the host whivh is only fair, it'd be thanksgiving themed so not the same as a bean burger. if u don't like it, host the next time.e but give it a chance, is it worth ruining a friendship?

Maybe her husband doesn’t want to eat that mess either and she could just blame him. If I was the husband I’d feel no remorse telling her to her face and taking the blame
