So as a father soon to be how should i help? I already plan on letting her get as much rest as she needs and i will take over and take care of the baby as much as needed but what else can i do and should i do? I’m excited for this new chapter in our lives and want to make sure she’s as comfortable and at ease as possible and want her to know i am here for her and the baby

The saddest part is that when the baby is born, it feels like you disappear. Almost no one asks how you are. And if they do, they don't expect to hear the truth, just the usual "everything is fine”
