I truly believe she was not in psychosis… maybe depressed, some anxiety… but no excuse to take your 3 babies out.. sorry. She deserves to be locked up for life. Andrea Yates was literally UNWELL. She couldn’t even form a sentence or communicate w anyone for months after the crime bc she was so disconnected from reality… like let’s be for real now…

Dr was only able to interview lindsay that late because of motion, there is certain procedure they can’t just say hi Lindsay tell me everything about incident lol. Kevin I know you’re doing job and you’re just a defense attorney but lets not talk about moral value here I mean lets go watch your trial such as Kathleen McLean trial and then we will talk.

Lindsay was seriously ill, and I accept that psychosis is possible, but I don’t think the evidence has sufficiently demonstrated that she was psychotic to the degree required to eliminate criminal responsibility during those acts.
