I never thought to have this role\task separate! Even in my Corporate roles, vendor selection and RFP’s were always embedded and expected! I haven’t come across a consulting client that only requires the RFP process without wanting you to implement the systems as well . This is great input!

I do that now with one of my clients. Being able to weed through vendors is such a niche skill and also a headache for founders/companies and it’s def something I would like to offer for more businesses but not exactly sure how to articulate that as the main benefit to book me.
