this was so sad. The fireman were outside her house, never went in to get her due to a miscommunication from dispatch. They took pictures of the house burning and after the put it out and posted them to snap chat. Several were fired and there was a lawsuit from her family.

Yall who don't know anything about dispatching don't realize you're supposed to stay calm as a dispatcher and not try and raise the energy. Dispatcher didn't do anything wrong

Nobody is mentioning this in the comments but she could not walk, she had a surgery either on her back or her hip I can’t remember, and her husband had to help her. Her husband went out for a bit, and the kitchen caught fire. She could not walk or run out, and that should’ve been a bit obvious as someone would not willingly sit and wait whilst their home around them burned.
