When my two were small, I would hide swede in the mash and my son has no complaints.. One day I just used carrots and died the mash orange.. I told him what happened, he just laughed and ate the mash.. I never hid any veg after that..

send mumma here i grate carrot and courgette and add lentils and spinach and peppers to my tomato sauce then stir that through mince and panchetta my send child and grandparents who have dementia dont realise there eating lots of hidden veggies serve over pasta and hide under cheese 😉

Next time try roast all your veg garlic then add to blender brown your mince then add sauce x

I was going to say blending is the way forward my daughter has trouble with textures and her fave is my spag Bol and I blend the. Bolognaise till it’s smooth 💕💕💕

If you go to the butcher you can as for mince put through the mincer 2/3x the more it’s minced the smoother it becomes the do sometimes ask you to preorder though x
