Thank you, I needed this.. I have had to take naps the last couple of weeks, and even though i know, that it is okay to rest, I have been a little hard on myself for it.. so yea, thank you for the reminder to be a bit kinder to myself

It definitely is today Iv felt absolutely flat depressed and struggled so much . I have a lot of caring to forfill with my family and today I just needed somone to care for me but , I carry on 😢

I have absolutely been working on this mindset….. I have my first of many mountains Wednesday and I have learned to be regulated and grounded in nature and my recovery. I am making it a point to wake up grateful and to be of service saying and meaning my prayers and loving the day as hard as I can🩷 thank you for spreading the message😍 I forgot this for way too long and lost myself along the way at some point falling down the rabbit hole. This healing journey will be my most epic yet🥰🔥🐉 the universe said so
