This is why qualified immunity needs to go away so she can sue him in the $25,000 would’ve came out of his pocket and not the taxpayers and she can get back her attorney fees and her court cost because no matter what if she wins or lose does she still has those cost? It’s not right that their feelings are hurt and negative cost you lots of money.

cop needs alcohol and drug test cause he ran into her. Lawsuit should be filed. He needs to lose his immunity, cop license and job. Thats b.s that he gets to keep his job after all of those charges that should have been filed against him
