People who have a job right now don’t understand what this is like. I’m on month 7, 300-ish apps (rookie numbers I know but I’m being picky), and about 30 interviews where I’ve had to answer the same things over and over and over and over, then complete an assignment, go through five rounds, only to be told I’m great but they went with someone else. It is not just stressful, it is TIRING and demoralizing.

It is so sickening and debilitating! I hate how horrible the interview process is. Every time I leave a job interview, I replay everything over and over in my head. It’s mentally draining! And not only that, why do we need to interview multiple times?! Hold a fucking panel with everyone who needs to be present to make a decision and get it over with. 😭

My sister tried to refer me to her company. Got the rejection letter quicker than normal. Usually don’t get a response now. 1 year, 4 months and counting.
