That pain sounds like Trigeminal Neuralgia. I have it and have to take an anti seizure medication to keep it under control. When it first started for me, it would happen for a month then go away for a few months then come back. Now it is constant, and the pain level changes all the time.

I feel you. I miss being able to go to Sam’s, but I moved two hours away from LR so I can’t go anymore. Look up Trigeminal Neuralgia. It sounds like some intense pain I had several months ago.

I woke up one morning paralyzed from the waist down in December. Thankfully I fully recovered fairly quickly. But during that recovery time my husband talked me into doing online pickup shopping for all of our groceries and it has made a world of difference! I keep a running list on my phone so I don’t forget what we need. I also save a bunch of money doing it this way. I do go in and pick out my own fruit when needed so I still get the store experience but it saves so much time and energy

I don't have memory issues but get anxiety out and about. So I do Instacart deliveries.

💔 I feel this! The cognitive struggles I have at the moment is soo debilitating. Have you ever done any kinda of cognitive rehabilitation? I’ve been looking into it, but it’s soo expensive and not sure if it’s worth it 😩

Since my diagnosis in December of 25, I can’t go into stores anymore because I suddenly have the worst case of vertigo and it’s ruining my life 😂🙃 Bend down? Dizzy. Bright lights, dizzy. Breath? Dizzy.

Got a lesion along the trigeminal sheath in my brain and ended up with trigeminal neuralgia. That pain is insane. Nothing helped it until I got put on oxcarbazepine and that stuff has been a life saver.

My memory is getting so bad. Like I NEVER used my calendar but now I am constantly putting things in my notes/calendar. Sometimes it’s just not enough anymore.

I feel this. I'll forget my sticky note in the car even. Its as if I need a back up sticky in my bag. I get the jaw and face pains. Its starts where my wisdom teeth were and my lips feel like they're swelling. This usually for me is the start of a flare, and I'll have it throughout. I'm really sorry you had this. Hoping its a one time thing.

I agree with the other lady. your face pain sounds like trigeminal neuralgia. I think it's honestly listed as the #1 worst pain ever.

I go to a rehab here in Germany… they make me do those memory exercises that should test my brain and also strengthen my cognitive skills !! Sometimes it works and sometimes I’m just so dumb! I totally understand what you are saying 🥴

If I don’t make a list, I will not remember. I’ve also had to start writing it down if I know I need it because I will forget. I’ve been blaming it on Covid. Just diagnosed and see the MS specialist in two weeks.
