@kevinolearytv: Sanctions only work if countries are willing to comply and someone is willing to enforce them. If major buyers still need Iranian oil, the pressure only goes so far. The bigger issue is the Strait of Hormuz. If the world depends on that route for energy, the countries benefiting from it should help pay to keep it secure and keep oil moving.
