This is purely location based. This type of thinking always works in small rural towns where you can literally one up on the mean people stayed in their hometown and work at Dollar general. In rich suburbs and big cities, your bullies are the valedictorian and competitive

In my home town, the bullies are all nurses/going to med school/law school and the ones that were bullied work at Hot Topic and Starbucks. Life isn’t fair 🤣.
