THEORY: Kenpachi and Ichigo are the only characters that activated their Bankai without saying their names, and both of them have some clear Hell imagery in their Bankai forms. Hell is a realm that has existed outside of the primordial sea and beyond the control of the Soul King, and because they don't have names, Ichibe can't control them, which fits in because he is the one that acts as the Soul King's will. in manga true bankai: Tensa Zangetsu have 1 horn and different sword and see how Ichigo lose his one horn in the anime. he didn't use his true bankai and he never said the name of his bankai so wait for Ichigo's true bankai: Tensa Zangetsu

I’m confused tho? If ywacha was worried abt his bankai being too dangerous yet in the anime he was able to handle and even defeat ichigo with his true bankai. Therefore it couldn’t be just a vision of the future. Its either not his true bankai yet or their changing the story completely
