I did this for my sweet baby girl at UT Austin. I moved from Houston to the Texas hill country when she was a freshman. She’s graduated with her masters, and back in Houston with a job.

They are good parents. How do parents without money make this moment happen? It’s important to keep in mind that there are millions of well meaning parents who just don’t have the money to always “be there”. And don’t preach to them about “choices” because there are millions who have been responsible but still can’t get ahead of their bills. Do what you can to help them “be there”.

A few years ago, I was at supermarket and my son texted me, that he don’t feel well, I asked him, do you have cold? He said mom, I don’t feel well mentally, I said ok, when I finish and go straight to your house, he said No mom, I don’t want to speak now, immediately left my grocery inside the cart and drove to his home, when he saw me, he said mom,I told you that I want to talk, I replied And I said, you don’t need to do it, you only need to hear me, when I start to speak he start to cry at the same time, it was hard for me to see him like this, love my boy😍
