DELL optilex-3k good gpu that can stream steady- 4k( you need atleast 8gb VRAM) CPU cooler, aio or air- 500-1.2k PSU 80+ gold( if your gpu is higher then 75watt at max)- 700- 1.2k your alread around 9k pushing 10k and thats without monitors (2 is prefferd to have game and stream control) mouse,keyboard, controler camera (if needed) and headset also thats around 5k for allll of that, so total is arising to 15-17k
