@dunnadidit: Mounting a phone to a camera has always been a compromise. The Scout is the first one I have used that does not feel like one. I have a drawer full of mounts that I never quite got to do what I wanted. The real test is not ONLY what a piece of gear can do, it is also whether it earns the space in your bag.
