My beef is the have weaponised windows completely against its users. It has every privacy violating setting defaulted to on while claiming to be a security company yet. Some you can’t even switch off unless you back the system like sending diagnostic information.

Don’t organisations lock in 3+2+2 contracts? In Australia, we have procurement business partners who work with business, IT, etc. and help manage vendor contracts to ensure business outcomes/ benefits happen per the intent of the contract. It sounds like American businesses get taken for rides regularly by not knowing how to negotiate their tech deals.

Yeah I feel u completely. From an IT POV, Google Workspace is great for employees but it really starts to crunch when you move into bigger enterprise. Microsoft 365 is pretty great value for money in terms of features but with all of the upsells its is so opaque as to what you are getting and what modules you may still need etc. etc.
