amd has better performance per dollar but it doesnt matter because in low end games both rtx and rx will hold up strong enough to max out the hz of ur monitor (usually above 60 or 144fps your monitor cant support quicker refresh) while in the high end games the AI features NVIDIA provides like dlss will actually give more fps than rx even though rx is stronger

Ну тип если хочешь сырую мощность но не тянуть технологии а так же доедать за зелеными копируя их инновации под свои карты то да. Бери АМД. если хочешь всегда быть первым имея самые новые технологии которые лучше идут на твоей карте но в замен теряя чуть чуть сырой производительности и отдав немного больше денег бери зеленых. Все очень просто
