For people that dont understand anesthesia, trauma, etc. it takes time to regain memory. I see a lot of comments saying "she was informed". And "see, she didnt remember" no, she did, it just took time.

He literally just admitted she was TOLD she did it. He took that breath cus he knew he was about to say something the prosecution didn’t want coming out. Oooooh I can’t wait for Red to get ahold of him tomorrow.

Let me paint this fucking picture for people. The brain & trauma. I woke up and found my baby dead next to me. Now I know I did not roll over on my baby, there wasn't a way possible, there was also no proof of this happening. Before the autopsy came back fully... I said to DCF omg is this my fault, did I do something wrong? Did I roll over on him? Because your mind wonders... this woman said to me well maybe you did, maybe that happened, maybe it was an accident... for months I convinced myself it was MY FAULT. 6 months later comes out there was no signs of asphyxiation, no blood vessels popped, no bruising, NOTHING. RULED SIDS! Years and years later I could not get over it, 4 years later I had genetic testing done, HE CAME BACK WITH THE SAME HEART MARKER his father died of shortly before his death!!!! I'm saying your mind in traumatic shit wonders and you can create shit based on what ppl say and how they say it, and not all times medical shit is true!

I can tell you one thing. If I showed up to my house and my three kids were dead, and my wife was basically dead after being thrown out of a window. I would definitely not assume that she did it. My first thought would be to call the police and tell them that somebody tried to murder my family. I have never seen a case where it is more obvious that the “suspect“ is innocent.
