I see many people asking about it so just saying yes it's real yes it's part of the dlc. Basically once you beat the main quest have get access to the champions' powers + you'll have the possibility of beating the blights again, and each time you do so you'll have access to some added dialogues. So like on top of my head I can think about Urbosa telling you to show her diary to Zelda because it has some parts about her mum or Urbosa wondering who the new chief is. It's really cute to get some added dialogues like that !!
