I have a very submissive wife and she always gives me the final say but I myself always listen to her opinion. her custom is not to challenge a man's authority and my custom is not to abuse my authority. I always listen to her because sometimes she has a better way or idea. and the best way is what I go with. we are not competitors we are a team. and being the submissive wife that she is she allows me to lead as the head. sometimes her ideas are better and sometimes my ideas are but we always go for what's best for us. she has no problem with submission and I have no problem with love and understanding. and I can't understand her without listening and hearing how she really feels. I am the head and my wife let's me lead in everything but she does have a say and she does have a voice in everything because we are one. If our decision happens to go wrong I take the responsibility because I have the final say in it but me and my wife both go together in every decision that is made in our marriage. there is no chaos or gender war in our marriage because we are loyal to each other and we are in this thing together. I do not dominate my wife or rule with an iron fist because I love her to eternity and back. and there's no way that I can mistreat her. I rule with love and I lead with love. the scripture in ephesian 5 gives the woman a command and it also gives the man a command to go by. and if both sides be obedient to those commands then their marriage will be prosperous, peaceful, and successful. only the rebellious, disobedient, hard-hearted, chaotic, stiffnecked people find it difficult.
