I got smoldering diverticulitis in 2018 in my 20s.. a sleu of antibiotics made me super sick and my gastro doc recommended kefir. Lifeway kefir has been a staple since, it always corrects any stomach ailment I have. I need to find a store with all these flavors bc my kids drink it with their noses closed 😂 but our stores only carry blueberry&strawberry. It helped me lose 40 lbs in 2018
