I work at a gym, sooo many people come in and out throughout the day; only doing cardio on their break then coming back later to lift, some people go outside and take smoke breaks after every workout, some (like my coworkers) genuinely feel like they need 3+ hours in the gym. Needless to say I have so many members that I see in and out and even make fun of them when they don’t come at their usual times lol

I genuinely believe it’s because they’re like minded people. So there’s probably a similar reason why they would be there at the same different time as you. Same reason why I see the same people every day across my huge college campus. The people i see every day are in my major
