One of the worst companies out there! I ordered what I thought a sectional couch with an ottoman. Paid for it, waited 12 hrs on the assigned delivery date and nothing. Called in to ask why there was a delay and apparently the description and picture of the couch I bought was incorrect and it was a chair. No calls, no emails. Nothing. Totally misrepresented the item and did not reach out at all. It’s fraud! Terrible customer service. Literally talking to someone in India.
