So this confirms I need to pull out my washer. It's top load with and an agitator but when it spins, it sounds like its going to tear itself apart. Please tell me there's a video for reference available.

I can’t! I literally have to unstack them, take them out of the tiny room they’re in, TAKE THE HOUSING APART, and then I can drain it. I absolutely hate my washer.

I wish they were all easier to get to! I have a whirlpool duet and it isn't the model with an access panel. You have to disassemble the back, wedge your arms underneath the drum, and pull off a couple of the hoses before you can get to the pump filter. It is so not easy to get to 😑

Would you know why sometimes my whites will have little orange/brownish stain after the wash? Washer is only about a year and half. I try to clean it once a month with a washing machine cleaner tablet.

I’ve seen your videos about cleaning the WM drain and filter so I read my entire washing machine manual. There is zero information about where either one is and how to maintain it. The only removable parts I can visualize are the bleach tray and the fabric softener basin. 😞
