There’s a part of me that thinks I need an insane physique to be taken seriously, even though I know being a good coach has so much more to do with what I can help someone achieve than how lean I can get myself. 5. I get flustered when someone in real life finds out I post content online and refer to me as an influencer becoz the word comes with a bad connotation. i wish people realise how much time, effort goes into creating content on top of a 9-5 and running my coaching business. 6. I am ambitious and move fast. Sometimes too fast. I’ve realised that as I’ve changed, some relationships haven’t grown with me, and I’ve had to learn that not everyone is meant to come with you into every chapter. 7. I was raised by a single father who is 50 years older than me. Growing up I was a BRAT and now I just wish I could provide for him and give him the world but I'm not there yet. What i’m trying to say is… You can be incredibly ambitious and still doubt yourself. You can be grateful for your life and still want more. You can be doing well and still wonder if you’re doing enough. Maybe confidence isn’t reaching a point where you finally have everything figured out. Maybe it’s trusting yourself enough to keep going while you don’t. So if you’re in a season where you feel behind, uncertain or not quite “there” yet, don’t let that convince you that you’re not becoming her. You probably already are 🤍 follow for a safe space to grow
