okay so thawne was released from the prison because the dagger was the power dampening source for the prison, and when it got erased, it changed the timeline for barry to vanish in crisis earlier, making nora never born, but time travel is a very tricky thing, we've seen thawne come back again and again, even tho eddie is dead. we saw barry's time remnant (savitar) get shot by iris and be erased from existence because iris was not dead, making barry never make the time remnant, but savitar was still there in the past because time travel just doesn't work like that, it's a loop. just because nora was erased from existence doesn't mean the things that happened before didn't happen

this might be a dumb question but why did Nora destroy the satellite with Barry if she knew it was gonna mess up with the timeline, and also since in her timeline her cicada isn't the same as Barry's why would she go back in time to just create another one? which caused even more trouble and a branch in the timeline....
