@kendall.foerster4: Listen, grocery store tourism IS cultural immersion and I will not be taking questions at this time. 😂 One thing I’ve learned from living/traveling around Europe is just because two countries are neighbors does NOT mean their grocery stores carry all the same things. So when I’m in Italy, I stock up on the things I either can’t easily find back in Germany or that just hit different here. My current Italian grocery must-grabs: 🍋 Lemon soda - specifically the aggressively lemony kind 🧀 Cheese. Obviously. Whatever looks interesting goes in the cart. 🥩 Italian cured meats 🍝 Pasta shapes/brands I don’t normally see at home 🍅 Sauces, pestos & random jars 🍷 Wine because well… Italy And yes, I know I can find some Italian products in Germany. That’s not the point. The selection changes SO much once you cross a border in Europe, which is honestly one of my favorite little things about traveling here. Tell me - what am I missing? What should I add to my cart before I leave Italy? 👇🇮🇹
