I was that way too… then I had kids. A combo of germs you never knew existed, mixed with never sleeping a full 8 uninterrupted hours, and my cortisol off the charts with stress. No supplement combined saved me and I’ve tried it all for 6 years with functional medicine. 😭

I’m never sick too (and I’m a mom who works outside the house/has a kid in school), and I swear it’s bc whenever I feel even a tiny bit run down, I take a full day off and rot in bed for like 8 hours straight. Will add colostrum to the routine tho!
