Personally & respectfully, it’s the furniture and the way it’s listed. I found both listings on Realtor, yours for $350K and the one that sold in 2025 for 380K. The 380K had less furniture so it looked more open, had grass in the back yard, and modern upgrades. Your listing doesn’t even state that the roof was replaced so how are buyers supposed to know? The 380K also had photos of the main places it’s near that you mentioned, more photos and better quality photos. Additionally, you are competing with another unit now, listed for $339K. And their listing is way more informative on what upgrades it had and when. With it being in Denver, I don’t think your price is off point. It’s an expensive place to live. But I do think you need a new photographer/realtor/restaging. 🫶🏻
