Ms Rachel potty training episode, bean bear toy with potty and the bean bear book did it for our girl after she showed interest!! Pull ups and rewards (stickers, treats, whatever) literally caught on in a day!!! We did underwear and stayed home but she didn’t have any accidents!!

My daughter was showing signs she was interested around the same age and I was expecting as well… but she didn’t fully understand so we took a step back but I still let her continue to sit on the potty when she wanted to. I had my second and all of a sudden she was just taking herself and was ready. She is now fully trained at 2.5 🥳

If she is showing interest, definitely encourage it. I did a sticker chart for my kids that helped them become motivated. You can do a reward after so many stickers etc.

Just do it. You also need to be determined and committed do not go back once you start

do it before! It is best to only have 1 change happening at a time, so train now! I started training my son when we was just over two the month before his sister was born.

Don’t push it! My 3.5 yr old showed signs around 2-2.5 but it was pushed and he regressed….he then started going at daycare but refused at home…he is now pretty much fully trained just the odd accident at night but it all just happened in the last month or so

I followed the recommendation not to do any big life changes 3 months before or 3 months after adding a new sibling so I didn’t fully take diapers away until our new baby was 4 months and my oldest was 2.5. We did introduce the potty and practice sitting on it before/ after meals and sleeping to get comfortable

my daughter started showing signs like literally the day after her 2nd birthday at the beginning of this month. so we've been slowly introducing her to things like the toilet and training underwear. I definitely think in the next month or so we are going to try full on potty training.

Before before before before!!! I potty trained my daughter at 21 months as next baby was due at 23 months and holy moly was it the best decision ever as now there’s no way for the foreseeable future I’d be able to potty train her alone while hubby is working let lone breastfeeding!! It was definitely very demanding process for us. Best of luck mama 🫶🏻
