sometimes as the parent you have to force kids to eat things they don’t want to..just giving them whatever they want all the time cause “that’s what they’ll actually eat” is creating this problem.

My mom used to freeze the yogurt in its container so it would stay cold but be melted by the time we got to lunch! It also helped keep some of the other stuff cold as an extra ice pack!
