Korean cabbage rolls Method: - chop mushrooms and grate carrots and onion - saute mushroom in butter with fish sauce for 2 mins then add in onion and carrots with splash of soy sauce - add meat to pan and cook until about 60% done - add in marinade: 4 tbs oyster sauce, 2 tbs soy sauce, 2 tbsp gochujang, 1 tbs sesame oil, splash rice vinegar, 3 tbs honey, 2 tbs garlic, 1 tbs ginger, 1 tbs cornstarch (important), mix and continue cooking - add green onions and cilantro and continue cooking until beef is cooked through - bring pot of water to boil and blanch Napa cabbage leaves for 4-5 mins, then drain excess water in colander - pat cabbage with towel and add beef mixture to base of cabbage leaf - roll, tuck sides and roll again until you have a fully formed cabbage roll - pan fry in ghee both sides 2 mins each - serve with dipping sauce: 1/4 cup soy sauce, 1 tbs garlic, splash of rice vinegar, gochugaru, sesame seeds, 1/2 tbs honey, 1/2 tbs cornstarch Enjoy 🥬 ps**these are even more delicious the next day if you steam them to reheat #cabbagerolls #fallmealprep #fyp
