Then fry at medium heat for 8-9 minutes until golden and crispy. ▪️For Sauce mix 🌱3 tbsp oil 🌱3 garlic chopped 🌱5 tbsp soy sauce 🌱3 tbsp chilli garlic sauce 🌱2 tbsp honey or brown sugar 🌱1 tbsp oyster sauce 🌱1 tbsp sesame seeds 🌱1 cup cornflour slurry ( 1 cup water mixed with 1 tbsp cornflour) METHOD : In a wok add oil, garlic, saute, then add all the above mentioned sauces along with honey and sesame seeds. Add cornflour slurry and let it cook and thicken.
