What treatment options are there? I'm really struggling, oh my legs hurt and burn so bad. I take Cymbalta, idk if it helps much but I also take it for mental health.

I have fibromyalgia and my days are rough. I feel like I got hit by a Mac truck. I have to get up hours before I have a doctors appointment. My body feels like the tin man and mentally beat you down the fatigue. The brain fog, the chronic pain, the burning sensation the leg numbness, small task feel like big task. I could be in the bed for days. If I do a little bit of overexerting myself, I’m going be starting pool therapy. I heard that might help . I was doing physical therapy that triggered more flareups.

And feeling like you have to tell the story the history of your health again and again---this is so hard for me because finding a doctor that understands is such a struggle. I have almost given up on feeling safe describing what fibromyalgia truly feels like.

How about so many appointments, so much money, so many prescriptions, and then the cost of having to downsize your life because you cannot afford all of this so you……..ugh….how about forgetting what you were trying to say so you stop mid sentence!

Yes, I noticed in rainy days or cold days. It’s hard for me to walk and I also noticed this summer. I have more headaches more sensitivity to loud noise. I gotta put a baseball cap on if I have to go outside this summer it’s too much the hot heat

yup im at point where no dr actually listens or seems to care. work doesn't give time to go to Dr's appt like needed so stuck in a messed up exhausted pain filled life. its hard it really is

I was diagnosed 8 years ago. I have to clean houses Monday through Friday and I’m so tired of this. I really need disability, but was denied several Times.I can relate friend.🙏🙏
