ALSO: you would literally ZIP right by Mars because getting to mars in 30 days also requires slowing down. Which is not included in this equation. Now you could speculate that there could be 15 days of acceleration, then flip the ship 180° and have 15 days of deacceleration, but that would be incredibly intense. With the average velocity being 489,300 Mph or Mach 638. In theory this is possible.

I wonder if terraforming Mars would be the catalyst to finally deal with environmental pollution on Earth? Like if we invest in getting to Mars and creating. a liveable environment, it would necessitate clean energy that doesn’t produce greenhouse gases then all the anti renewable clean energy proganda could finally be shown to be utter bs.
