So he had to ask for a mistrial for logistical reasons only, he does not want a mistrial. But asking for it puts it on record that he asked for it, just in case he doesn’t get the verdict he wants so that they can appeal it and have just cause to appeal

I mean.. the prosecution have broken the #1 rule many times : seperation of church and state. it SHOULD be a mistrial but I think the judge is aware of how mentally taxing this must be on Lindsay and her family and are trying to just get it over and done with. shambles.

The last dr say she was informed, she doesn't remember anything because she was drugged by her husband and she was told when she woke up you killed your children so she believed that, it was her husband the real guilty and the police not charge him on the night of the murder??? Because they are accomplices
