odd question maybe but, i can tell you washed your face before going to the workout, so how does that work for you? assuming you did skincare in the morning (you’ve mentioned using vit c) then you wash it off, do you apply skincare again afterwards? just curious as i myself cant seem to figure out how to place a middle of the day workout when i’ve done makeup in the morning (isn’t it like too much washing, three times a day, and also underproductive in terms of the skincare you apply in the morning).
