No these are definitely not for prisons. I've been an electrician for 40 years. Schools have to be hardened, small windows, gyms with high windows and hardened walls. I've built data centers, they are easy to tear apart. The build them so fast they don't care. They're tilt ups with holes cored through them like a Walmart or Costco. No plumbing, no sewer, thin walls no rebar. This one is wrong. Any school must be able to be turned into an emergency shelter or hold prisoners from what we were told to build our specs to. Data Centers don't do this. They do suck up a ton of power, need their own substation, the ones I did in San Jose have closed loop water so they don't use a lot, but their heat signature is through the roof and I'm surprised nobody talks about that. We are already saturated with info how much more do we need?

I've built a few of these places as an electrician. There's zero plumbing for this to be a prison. No sewer, no kitchen, no rec yards... it would take way too much to convert... it's not for prisons
