I was able to put myself in a sleep coma during contractions. no one talks about the head coming out a ripping you. contractions ain't shit but the ripping hurts more

funny enough I had my husband squeeze my hand pretty hard he was always scared he would "break my hand" although it hurt it took my mind off the other pain lol

Okay I’m not saying this won’t work. Because I’ve seen surgeons do this in hospitals with persons.. to trick the brain… but nothing could ever could take my focus off my back pain. NOTHING!
