Here's the part that matters: Kellogg's already removed artificial dyes from its cereals in Canada. Years ago. The same company, the same cereals, the same brand — sold without petroleum dyes in Canada while American kids were still eating them every morning. 400,000 people signed a petition delivered directly to Kellogg's headquarters demanding the change. Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton launched an investigation and forced Kellogg's to sign a legally binding agreement to remove the dyes permanently. Kellogg's was already sued for $20 million for calling products like Nutri-Grain
