One time I was meditating intentionally searching for the pineal gland with my awareness, and when I focused on near the center of the head area, I started to see bright crystal lights get brighter and brighter. They were shaped like broken glass; just shards of light beaming through my closed eyelids. and then I felt a jolt of electricity shock me in the head/neck region. Lasted a full second or slightly more. It wasnt painful, in fact it felt really good and I couldn't stop laughing afterwards because it was as if all my worries and anxieties instantly been zapped away and I felt nothing but relief and bliss. Butterflies in my body. The stranger part is I had prayed to God 10 minutes before it happened, asking for a breakthrough in better regulating my emotions. It was a wild experience.
