A job I had a few years ago, that I LOVED when I started, just became absolutely untenable about a year in and our manager tried so hard but upper management just wouldn’t listen. I got to a point where I desperately needed out and planning my exit. I found out my manager put in her notice so I put mine in the next day and in my exit interview found out that 3 other people on my team also did and two weeks after I left, 3 more people put notice in. It was NUTS!

the new gm was so awful it united us to all leave. within 3 months 7 of us left. by 6 they had to replace all but like 3 people from the original staff. crazy work but we'd all send a round of texts when someone quit.

I told my manager I am not going to mask for leadership nor am I going to be quiet about how incompetent they are and how that affects me and my job. I'm tired of them not being called out or held accountable.
