for people who have the free version, you can do a quick pan/whoosh downwards in your video, put your text in the sky, then add a keyframe to the start of the whip add y coords accordingly, and the end of the whip add a keyframe. then add about +3 y coords to each text on the last keyframe, add motion blur and its pretty simillar if not the same. the numbers can be different btw.
