Check out ‘Inter Equity’ on YouTube. Watch their “training the eyes” videos. Marco explains liquidity very well. It’s helped me a lot as a new trader. I’m still paper trading but his strategy is working for me. I only trade on London session.

Don’t give up! I’m also a full time SAHM and day trader. You have to remember why you’re doing this and keep going because it WILL work out eventually! For psychology and becoming the type of person who actually can be a successful trader, I recommend the book Atomic Habits! It’s changed everything with me.
