I don’t think Reddington actually wants a mistrial. Just opening up the path to appeal if he needs it. He has done such a great job with his defense and the prosecution dropped the ball days ago.

I went into watching this trial FIRMLY convinced it was another Andrea Yates situation. Then the prosecution presented that utterly abysmal shitbag of a case😒 bc what do you mean your star witness doesn’t know where he sent an email from almost 10 min after he testified he’d left? Bc What do you mean your star witness testifies he parked next to his wife’s car then says he called her bc he wasn’t sure she was home bc it was too dark to see her car? Bc What do you mean her DNA wasn’t on all of the murder weapons? Bc What do you mean there’s no cam footage from inside OR outside bc your star witness said WiFi was down but he was working from home all day? Bc What do you mean your star witness says he was holding multiple scheduled drugs that weren’t his? Bc What do you mean cops allowed your star witness to touch the evidence? Bc What do you mean your “expert” has been disqualified in other cases for NOT BEING AN EXPERT?! Bc What do you mean you never definitely proved how the accused’s body temp dropped that fast in 30 minutes? Bc what do you mean there were NO BLOODY fingerprints from the woman you say was bleeding from cut wrists on the window she opened? Prosecution’s entire case has done nothing but bring up question after question that they never bother answering. As if they’re somehow NOT required to present a case that answers any question about the events of that day, so that there’s no reasonable doubt?
